Questions about credits
What happens when I run out?
Paid work waits instead of failing. You get a low balance alert first, and automatic top ups can prevent it entirely.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh each billing period and don't carry over. Credit packs are used after plan credits and last 12 months.
Why do posts with links cost more?
X charges more to publish a post that contains a link, so link posts have a higher rate. The composer shows the price before you schedule one.
Can I get money back for unused credits?
Credits have no cash value and credit packs are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. See the Terms of Service.
Who processes payments?
Whop hosts checkout and subscriptions. Kairo Post only adds credits after Whop confirms a payment through a signed notification, never because of a browser redirect.
