Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you (and the organization you represent, if any) and Kairo Post. By creating an account or using Kairo Post you accept them. If you use Kairo Post for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 18. You're responsible for activity in your workspaces, including actions taken by teammates you invite and automations you authorize.

3. Connected X accounts

You may only connect X accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Kairo Post acts through the official X API within the permissions granted during authorization. X may change, limit or withdraw API access; some features depend on that access and may be unavailable or change as a result. You remain bound by X's terms, rules and policies.

4. Automation and approvals

Automations only perform the actions you authorize, within the limits you set. By default, drafts require human review. If you authorize autopublishing, you accept responsibility for content published within that authorization. You can pause or revoke automations at any time.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to content you create, upload or publish. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it solely to provide the service — including sending selected material to AI providers when you request it. You confirm you have the rights to the sources, examples, knowledge and media you add.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that violate it, that put the platform or other customers at risk, or where required by X or law.

7. Plans, credits and payment

Plans grant access and a periodic credit allowance. Actions that incur costs are priced in credits and quoted before they run. Credits are held when work begins and charged when it completes; unused holds are released. Purchased top-ups are used after plan credits. Payments are processed by Whop under its terms; credits are granted only after payment is verified. Prices and credit rates may change with notice, but a quote you accepted is honoured or the action waits for your confirmation.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period. Refunds follow applicable law and Whop's policies; reversed or disputed payments may reduce balances and pause paid work until resolved.

8. AI output

AI-generated drafts and images may be inaccurate or resemble other material. Review before publishing. Disclose AI-generated media and paid partnerships where required — Kairo Post provides disclosure settings to help.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kairo Post available and reliable, but it's provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features marked as planned or dependent on third-party approval may change. We may modify the service and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment or legal requirement. On termination, you can export your content for a limited period, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions and actions of third-party platforms including X. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. General

These terms are the entire agreement on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms and will notify workspace owners of material changes. Questions: legal@kairopost.com.
