Security
Your accounts are
your reputation.
Kairo Post acts on your behalf on a public platform, handles payments and stores your work. Here's how we protect all three.
Security isn't a feature we add later. The foundation stage of our roadmap — identity, isolation, verified payments, durable queues — comes before any automation.
We use established, well-reviewed building blocks rather than inventing our own cryptography, and we publish what depends on third parties so you can judge the risk yourself.
Practices
What we do today.
Strong sign-in
Passwords are hashed, repeated failures are rate-limited and locked out, and authenticator-app two-factor protects owners and admins. You can see and revoke every session.
X access through OAuth only
Account owners authorize Kairo Post on x.com with OAuth 2.0 and PKCE. We never see X passwords. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser.
Tenant isolation
Every customer record belongs to a workspace, and every request is checked against it. Automated tests prove one workspace can't read or change another's data.
Least-privilege teams
Owners, admins, editors and viewers — narrowed to specific X accounts when needed. Permissions are re-checked on the server for every action, including background work.
Audit trails
Changes to access, billing and publishing are recorded with who did what and when. Audit records can't be edited from the product.
Verified payments
Credits are only granted after Whop confirms a payment through a signed webhook. Browser redirects never count, and duplicate events can't grant credits twice.
Safe automation
Content from feeds and documents is treated as untrusted reference material, never as instructions. Automations run only within recorded consent and spending ceilings.
Reliable operations
A durable outbox, worker heartbeats and dead-letter review keep jobs from being lost. Uncertain publishing results are never blindly retried.
Report a vulnerability
Found something? Email security@kairopost.com with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure, and don't access data that isn't yours.
Privacy and data
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy. The services we rely on are listed on our subprocessors page.
